Made this for lunch today, quick and easy peasy.
Ingredients
• 1 tortilla shell, whole wheat• 1/4 cup Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
• 1/4 cup onions, raw, sliced
• 1/4 cup red peppers, raw, sliced
• 1/4 cup cucumbers, diced
• 2 leaves of romaine lettuce
• 4 Tbsp Roasted Garlic Hummus
Notes / Directions
Makes 1 Greek hummus wrapSpread 4 Tbsp. of hummus on the bread. Sprinkle a 1/4 cup of feta on top of the hummus. Add all of the veggies. Roll the tortilla in a burrito style. Nom on it before the dog does.
